we went to bolinao, this 2nd saturday of may 2008, i highly recommend the beaches of patar, we enjoyed our stay there, we stayed at the nipa haus, JUN was the caretaker, he was so accommodating, very cheap rental, the house has its own water system, plenty to supply the needs of everyone of us, but what i have observed is that almost all of the houses for rent there in patar are not very particular in the cleanliness of their comfort rooms, please take note that they have to be very careful in giving extra attention to these amenities, they have to be clean all the time, abundance of water supply is needed, the doors should be repaired/installed, floorings/walls should be tiled, please give priority to these observations. but over-all, patar is a paradise, i recommend JUN’S Nipa Haus for low budget accommodation, but the hospitality is so great!
